Summer Music Programs at Clinton’s Children’s Library

Rod Ragsdale and Carol Dabney play music for children’s hour at the Hillary Clinton Children’s Library and Learning Center

Carol Dabney and Rod Ragsdale will be playing music during children’s story hour Monday August 3 and Monday August 10th at 10am and 11am Summer Children’s programs at the Hillary Clinton Children’s Library and Learning Center in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Dabney and Ragsdale compose and record music and audiobooks for children. They also teach music on request guitar, piano, harmonica and ukulele. They sing at private birthday parties, luaus and special events.

READing at the Clinton’s children’s library in Little Rock with children’s author Carol Dabney. Next program will be saturday December 13 2014 at 10am

carol Dabney a music teacher in Little rock shares several musical instruments at the Hillary Clinton Library with children in the little Rock area. She read a story titled the Magic ukulele that she brought back from a recent trip to Hawaii. 2014, and played music with her ukulele.

Carol shared story of Military Mommy, her daughter who is now a captain in the US Army. The little boy on the cover is now eight years old and would be joining them at the library event. His mom was presently deployed.

Noah and little sister Aliyah reunite after living apart for months while their military mommy is on deployment. When the two year saw her big brother at the library event, she yelled “My Noah, My Noah!” as she made her way up the theater steps and into his arms. The audience applauded. It was very touching.
